BestRally (Chinese name: 好球剪辑) is an iOS app for analyzing badminton videos and clipping rallies. It does not require an account. Pose detection, shuttle tracking, court calibration, and rally recognition run on your device. This policy explains what stays on the device, what may leave it, and how to contact us.
BestRally（中文名：好球剪辑）是面向 iPhone 和 iPad 的羽毛球视频分析与回合剪辑应用，无需注册账号。人体姿态识别、球轨迹跟踪、球场标定和回合识别均在设备本地完成。本政策说明哪些数据留在本机、哪些可能离开设备，以及如何联系我们。
BestRally does not upload your videos, pose data, shuttle tracks, or analysis results to a BestRally server for recognition. The models used for analysis (including on-device Vision pose detection and bundled Core ML models such as TrackNet) run on this device.
We do not require a BestRally account, and we do not receive your name, email, payment card, contacts, or precise location in order to use the app.
视频分析不会上传原片。 姿态识别、球轨迹、球场标定和回合识别都在本机完成，不会把视频或分析结果上传到 BestRally 服务器用于识别。
使用本应用不需要 BestRally 账号。我们不会为了提供分析而收集你的姓名、邮箱、银行卡、通讯录或精确位置。
When you import a video from Photos, BestRally copies it into the app’s local storage on this device and may keep:
Photo Library access (read and write) is used only to let you pick videos and to save exported clips back to Photos when you choose to export. If you deny permission, import and save-to-Photos will not work until you enable it in system settings.
Audio is used for video playback only. BestRally does not record from the microphone and does not use the camera to capture new video.
You can delete projects and exported files in the Works tab. Uninstalling the app removes local copies stored in the app sandbox.
本机存储： 从相册导入视频后，应用会把文件复制到本机沙盒，并保存剪辑项目、轨道、球场标定、姿态关键点、球轨迹、回合片段、叠加结果、导出视频和会员状态。
相册读写权限仅用于选择视频，以及在你导出时把精选片段写回相册。拒绝授权则无法导入或保存到相册，可稍后在系统设置中打开。
音频仅用于播放视频。本应用不录音，也不调用相机拍摄新视频。
可在「作品」中删除项目和导出文件。卸载应用会清除应用沙盒中的本地副本。
BestRally may send a small number of events to analytics servers we operate, so we can understand installs and purchases. These events do not include videos, thumbnails, file names, pose data, or analysis results.

This is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared with advertising networks. We do not use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). Uninstalling the app removes the identifier from the device.
分析（不含视频）： 应用可能向我们运营的分析服务发送少量事件，用于了解安装和购买情况。不包含视频、缩略图、文件名、姿态数据或分析结果。
可能发送：设备上生成的随机标识、事件类型（首次打开，或 Pro 购买成功）、应用版本 / 首次安装的构建号、语言和平台信息。
不用于广告，不出售，不提供给广告网络，不使用 IDFA。卸载应用后，该标识会从设备上消失。
If you export or share a clip, overlay video, or analysis file, you choose the destination (Photos, Messages, Files, another app). That content is then handled by the service you picked, under that service’s terms. BestRally does not receive a copy on a BestRally server.
Import copies the selected video onto this device for local analysis. We do not receive a copy of the original video.
分享、导出与导入： 导出或分享时，由你选择接收方（相册、信息、文件或其他应用），之后适用对方的条款。BestRally 服务器不会收到一份副本。

BestRally Pro (monthly, annual, or lifetime) is sold through Apple. Apple processes payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. We do not receive your card details. You can restore purchases on devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
A successful purchase may send the event described in section 3 (which plan was unlocked, not the price or payment method).

BestRally is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

你可以： 在系统设置中管理相册权限；在「作品」中删除项目和导出文件；通过卸载应用停止分析（目前没有应用内开关）；发邮件到 Sinnus@qq.com 要求删除或提问。
Apple provides the App Store, in-app purchase, Photos, and on-device Vision. Their handling of data is described in Apple’s privacy policy.
We do not sell your information. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

We may update this policy when the app changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes will be reflected in the app or on this page.
