BestRally User Agreement

Welcome to BestRally (Chinese name: 好球剪辑). Please read this User Agreement before use. Effective date: August 25, 2026.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    This app is developed and maintained by Suzhou Haoqiu Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”). By downloading, installing, or using BestRally, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
  2. Service Description
    BestRally is an iOS app for analyzing badminton videos and clipping rallies. It does not require an account. You can import a badminton video from Photos, run pose detection, shuttle tracking, court calibration, and rally recognition on this device, then edit clips and export highlights. Analysis models are bundled with the app or provided by the system and run locally. We do not upload your videos to a BestRally server for recognition.
  3. Your Content
    Videos you import, edit, or export, and related analysis files, remain yours. You must have the right to use that content and any necessary consent from people appearing in the video. Do not import videos you are not allowed to process, or that are illegal or infringe others’ rights.
  4. Privacy and Data Protection
    Videos, editing projects, pose keypoints, shuttle tracks, rally results, and exported files stay on your device by default. The app may send a small number of analytics events that do not include video or analysis content. See the Privacy Policy for details.
  5. Purchases
    BestRally Pro (monthly, annual, or lifetime) is sold through Apple and unlocks additional automatic recognition and export features. Apple processes payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. We do not receive your card details. You can restore purchases on devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
  6. Acceptable Use
    You must use BestRally lawfully and must not use it for illegal or unethical activity. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you violate applicable law or this Agreement.
  7. Intellectual Property
    The BestRally software, trademarks, interface, models, and analysis capabilities belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use them without written consent. You retain your rights in videos you import and create.
  8. Disclaimer
    BestRally is provided “as is.” Recognition quality depends on camera angle, lighting, occlusion, and whether the court is fully visible. We do not warrant that pose, shuttle tracks, rally cuts, or action labels are fully accurate, or that the service will be continuous, timely, secure, or error-free. Analysis results are for training and review only and are not professional coaching, match officiating, or legal evidence.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    To the extent permitted by law, BestRally and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.
  10. Amendments
    We may modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted in the app or on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
  11. Governing Law
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved by friendly negotiation. If that fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court with jurisdiction at the operator’s registered location.
